An ORI Expandable Apartment is a studio equipped with built-in, movable furniture that transforms the room at the touch of a button. The bed lifts out of sight to create an open living area with a sofa, allowing the same space to function as both a bedroom and a living room. ORI apartments are semi-furnished and typically include the bed frame, mattress, sofa, and integrated storage.

The apartments do not come with a washer and dryer, however, there is a laundry room on each floor with washers and dryers for resident use (it does cost money for the residents to utilize the washer and dryers).

If residents choose to paint they can, however, the walls must be painted back their original color.

Yes, residents are required to fill in the holes if they choose to hang things on the wall.

Spectrum is already set up in the home and included in the monthly utility fee.
